1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 777tez. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 777tez ("777tez," "we," "us," "our"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at https://777tez.ws and any associated mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, depositing funds, participating in any game or betting market, or simply browsing the 777tez platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. • You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 777tez account. Each individual is entitled to one account only. Where 777tez identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777tez or any associated operator. Attempting to re-register during a self-exclusion period is a serious violation of these Terms.

777tez reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balances held.

3. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777tez account credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 777tez will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

All activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777tez support immediately via the contact channels provided on the platform. 777tez will investigate such reports but cannot guarantee the recovery of any funds spent during unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

777tez accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process in your 777tez account dashboard.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts and cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where identifiable.
• Deposits processed via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your 777tez wallet instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take 1–2 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• 777tez does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge fees according to their own terms, for which 777tez accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to other 777tez accounts. Funds on the platform are for gaming use only.
• 777tez reserves the right to request source of funds documentation where deposits are unusually large or where account activity suggests irregular patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restriction.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. 777tez targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your 777tez account. 777tez will reject withdrawal requests where names do not match.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Your available withdrawal balance at any time reflects your real-money balance only, net of any applicable wagering obligations.
• 777tez reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or a proof of the payment method used for deposits. Players who decline verification may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

777tez offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players including welcome deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed with each individual offer in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific offer terms. A player who claims a bonus while ineligible may have the bonus and any resulting winnings removed from their account.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific offer states otherwise.

All games and betting markets available on 777tez operate according to individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. These individual rules form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule prevails for that game.

• All outcomes in RNG-based games (Slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Crash Games, Ludo) are determined by certified Random Number Generators that have been independently audited. 777tez does not control or manipulate individual game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777tez platform. 777tez actively monitors for violations and will take action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one 777tez account, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is prohibited. All accounts identified as belonging to the same individual may be closed and balances forfeited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer formats of Teen Patti or other card games, is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 777tez platform on your behalf is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Account Closure & Termination

Either you or 777tez may close your account at any time subject to the conditions in this section.

• Player-initiated closure: Contact 777tez support to request account closure. Any real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances and pending wagering requirements are forfeited on closure.
• 777tez-initiated closure: 777tez reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where required by legal obligation. Where an account is closed by 777tez due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 777tez will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before classifying an account as dormant. An administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts after notification. Any remaining balance following deduction of applicable fees will remain credited to your account.
